Hi, I'm Sreenath

AI/PRODUCT/Training

I’m a product leader based in Bangalore, India, with deep roots in enterprise SaaS and a particular love for platforms that help people learn, grow, and find better work.

I’m currently doing AI consulting – helping organizations envision and re-imagine their domain-specific knowledge to better suit their business using AI.

For the better part of the last decade and a half, I led product for a B2B learning and assessment platform serving large enterprise clients across the US, UK, Mexico, and India — taking it from early product-market fit to a multi-tenant platform supporting tens of thousands of learners and a long roster of Fortune-500 customers. Most recently, I led its full rebuild on a modern, AI-integrated stack — reimagining the way enterprise L&D teams identify skill gaps, generate learning content, and measure outcomes.

Before product, I spent years as a corporate trainer and software developer, working with teams at companies like Microsoft, HP, Capgemini, and Cognizant. That foundation still shapes how I think about products: every feature is, ultimately, someone trying to learn something new and get better at their job.

I’ve lived in Virginia, USA and Bangalore, India — and I’ve come to believe the best products are built by teams who are comfortable working across time zones, cultures, and contexts.

What I think about

  • Solving problems over features. The best products are systems that solve problems, not collections of capabilities.
  • AI as leverage, not novelty. The interesting question isn’t whether to use AI — it’s where it actually changes the shape of a problem.
  • Customer joy as a north star. Adoption, retention, and advocacy are downstream of whether using your product feels good.
  • Builders who teach, teachers who build. I think the best technologists in any field are people who can do both.

Outside of work

I co-founded and ran a recording studio in Bangalore for several years — a side venture that taught me more about operations, partnerships, and resilience than any business book ever could. When I’m not thinking about products, I’m usually traveling, trekking, taking photographs, or spending time with my family.

If you’re working on something interesting in EdTech, enterprise SaaS, AI-integrated learning, or workforce skilling — or if you just want to swap notes on building products — I’d love to hear from you.
